Shammy has dedicated herself to teaching Project Management in both corporate and educational contexts. In the former case, she focuses on the practical application of this methodology in real business projects. In the latter, she concentrates on how to apply Project Management in projects based on PBL Education.

Shammy, through her project and company Centro Campus, has collaborated with companies such as LEGO Education, Arduino Education, and KUBO Robot, to improve and support education through the use of technological tools. She has also used tools such as Microbit and created the Robotines STEAM Club project with an online platform and hands-on tools. Additionally, she has worked to make Ecuador's participation possible in international competitions such as the World Robot Olympiad, FIRST LEGO League, and her favorite, Destination Imagination.

In Chile and Ecuador

Trained at least 3,500 individuals in Project Management and PMP Exam Preparation in universities (undergraduate and graduate) and companies in general.
In recent years, has provided consulting and training services to companies in Ecuador and Chile, such as Petroecuador, Etapa-Cuenca, Claro, CELEC-Transelectric, Guayaquil Electric Company, Reybanano, Transoceanic, Pileggi Constructions, ESPAE, Town Hall of Santa Elena, UTE University, Ecuanave, Transfuel Group, Siemens Ecuador, Fluor Chile, Quitel Chile, among others; totaling more than 2,100 trained individuals from 2012 to 2016.
Director of Training for the Project Management Graduation Seminar and Diploma for IT Engineers in the Faculty of Engineering at the Catholic University of Santiago de Guayaquil. Trained more than 300 graduates from 2011 to 2013.

Centro Campus: 2019 - present

Trained at least 600 teachers and education professionals in STEAM application with Destination Imagination.
Trained LEGO Teachers and provided The LEGO Project training for companies and educators.
Conducted training in STEAM and Project Based Learning.
Provided training in Project Management for children and teenagers.
Educated students in Robotics using LEGO Education.
Educated students in Coding using Kubo Robot.
Provided basic education in Circuitry using Arduino.
