With a track record of working with diverse international brands, I have experience developing new ways of learning for learners of all ages, from young children to seniors.
As a creative and innovator, I have directed various projects and last years focused on education as a transformative force in society. I am also an author and writer for various conferences and courses. My expertise in project management methodologies was honed during my time at Paragon Company, and my experience at Centro Campus inspired me to pursue transformation through practical experimentation in education. I excel in taking design thinking to the laboratory and implementing it in real-world applications to effect change and transformation.

I love helping others grow and do their best work. Beyond that, I'm always spending time with my family studying, reading, or creating my next side project.

Shammy Coello is a passionate and multifaceted professional in the fields of Project Management, Education, and Speaking; specializing in Technology and STEAM and its application in education.
With extensive experience in strategic project management in various industries, she has effectively led teams and contributed to the success of numerous projects in companies such as Codelco Chile, Hidropaute, and Banco del Pacifico, among others, applying a strategic vision, efficient management, and rigorous planning. Additionally, she has created Project Management content for courses in Strategy and Project Management Offices (PMO), providing companies and organizations with tools to organize and successfully carry out strategic projects.
In addition, Shammy is a dedicated educator committed to continuous learning and the development of 21st-century skills in students and professionals of all ages, from early childhood to the Master's level. With over 15 years of experience in the field of education, she has also developed online education projects that allow people from all over the world to access quality education from their homes, in areas such as Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics, Project-Based Learning, and Brick-Based Learning.
Shammy has helped countless individuals develop interpersonal skills such as Project Management, STEAM, PBL, and LEGO Teacher, among others, collaborating with various educational institutions. Through her work as an educator and speaker, she has inspired many people to pursue their passions in the fields of projects, technology, and STEAM.
